They got us a price on the unit quickly, gave us a great trade on our old unit and let us look things over without a bunch of pressure. Garrett even sent me a walk through video since it would be a few days before we could make the trip to see it in person. The purchase process was complete within a quick few hours. The facility is nice and staff was professional and accommodating. Garrett was off helping other customers when we discovered we needed a special plug in for our pickup. A young man and young lady jumped right in searching the internet and even making calls to a Lance dealer to get me a part number and availability. Definitely a team effort to keep things moving especially as busy as they were that day!

6-23-25 Willie's RV in Bloomer Wisconsin saved our trip going out west. It was 95+ deg and our coach air conditioning stopped working in our motorhome. Max and Jason were very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the fixes required. These guys really know their stuff. A small town family business with top notch employees. We would recommend them to anyone having RV troubles. Very impressed and grateful.

We need to have our Travel Trailer fixed after having a rodent chew wiring. We dropped it off and within two days it was finished. Awesome work and staff.
